Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days; orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order.

You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of that email, contact hibcam@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.

We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
