Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at hibcam@gmail.com. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days at hibcam@gmail.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
